Curtis Alan Hildebran (April 2005)


Curtis has been serving in the US Navy since July 2000. He served at the Branch Medical Clinic at NAS JAX (Jacksonville, Florida) as an assistant to the staff physician. He also worked as an EMT running all calls requiring EMS. Currently he is an aerospace physiology technician and water survival instructor the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point North Carolina. He provides instruction to aviation and non-aviation personnel in the aeromedical aspects of flight, in-flight visual problems spatial disorientation, emergency egress system, personal life support equipment and water survival techniques. He also performs the duties of an inside instructor on hypobaric chamber flights as well as other administrative duties. Curtis is the son of Dennis and Frances Hildebran.

February 2005 - Brian's family heard from him. He is in Iraq and he said he is doing okay, but they are getting shot at and bombed nearly everyday.
Brian requests prayer for all military serving in Iraq and everywhere.

Please pray for Brian and for all military serving in Iraq and everywhere.

Dear Cornerstone Church,

I'm writing this little note just to thank everyone for all the prayers, cards, and letters. They really mean alot to me in this trying time away from family and loved ones. As I'm sure you have heard we have had a few close calls, but its like my Mom and Rickey always has told me trust in the Lord and he will protect you. It is like he tells me when and where things are gonna happen and he keeps me safe wrapped in his arms. My fellow comrads and I have created such a bond that we are all like brothers. We take care of one another and Pray together everyday before we start work that God will protect us in everything we do. I just wanted to close by saying Thank You to the entire Cornerstone Baptist Church family, for all your prayers and concerns in our time of need. War is deffinitely no joke and The Flag and people like you make it all worth fighting for.
