Carpenters for Christ

In June, eight men from Cornerstone Baptist Church joined with Carpenters from around the U.S. in helping build Canopy Roads Baptist Church. The 21st Carpenters for Christ project was located in Tallahassee, Florida, and attended by 150 men. Our church family was well represented by Odell, Jerry, Ed, Pastor Bill, Rick, and Jason, Tom & Earl (3-generations).

On Sunday Evening, June 23, our Children's Choir directed by Tanya and Denise presented the musical, “Sharing God's Love. The children did an outstanding job, and shared the gospel story in a powerful manner through music. Special thanks to Directors: Tanya, and Denise; Adults: Trina, Lynn, Debbie, Lisa, Tim, Angie, Cindy, Krissy, Keely, Nancy; Sound: Rick, Mike, Forrest, and Tim; and Jerry & Carolyn for building the props. Also, thanks to Jaimeson and Katlin for their help.
