Little Samaritan Mission
"Face of a Child - Winter Coats Project"
Cornerstone Baptist Church will again be helping with "Face of a Child Project" this year. We have received thirty pictures, and information about orphan boys and girls ages 9 to 15. Most of these children are ages 12 and 13.
These children are in need of a winter coat, gloves, hat, and scarf.
If you will be willing to take a child please meet with with us Sunday night, June 8, 5:30 p.m. and the church. At this time the pictures and information will be made available about the project.

"Life's a Mission Trip"
Youth Week - June 23 - June 28
Thirty two youth and counselors from Cornerstone Baptist Church will attend Youth Week at the North Carolina Baptist Assembly at Fort Caswell.
"Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and you will continually do good kind things for others. All the while you will learn to know God better and better." Colossians 1: 10
The theme for the week will revolve around missions, which means-living out our Christian faith in all areas of our lives, especially in how we reach out to others and give a helping hand. Our relationship with Jesus should affect not only our attitudes but our actions as well. Out of our love for Christ, we are commanded to love others.
"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." John 13: 34-35
Carpenters for Christ
Several of our men from Cornerstone Baptist Church will be traveling to Mt. Jefferson, Illinois and will be helping construct a new building for Clear View Church. The dates of travel and service may vary, but the work will begin on June 5, and be completed on June 13. Please be much in prayer for the safety of those traveling and involved in the construction. To God Be The Glory!
